2. Return Process

Returning an item is simple.

  2. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

  3. Carefully package the item to help prevent damage during transit and include the RMA number inside the package.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

Please note that returns sent without an approved RMA number may experience delays or may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges
